Activity/Presentation:
SAS Ship Waste Agency has the goal to create, develop and run its e-service offer for maritime waste management on an Internet platform.
The program allows Ship Waste management, optimization and traceability of waste residues generated by commercial vessels worldwide. It allows all Ship Owners / Shipping Agents / Waste Collectors / Treatment Centres / Port Authorities / Institutions to insure the follow up of the waste until the treatment Center, the final step of the whole process. This new service is a major advantage for Ship Owners, Ship Agent, Waste collectors and Port Authorities. By optimizing waste management and treatment costs, they will significantly improve return on investment and quality of their environmental image.
DESIRED PROFILE
Essential:
-Commercial background and/or engineer with business oriented attitude
-Languages: English fluently (other languages could be in your advantage)
-Use of Microsoft office package recommended (PPT, Word, Excel, CRM like Salesforce)
-Knowledge of maritime environment highly desired
Required:
-Sales profile (high motivation in sales challenges is required)
-Good presentation and negotiation skills at any level (Maritime and Institutional)
-Independent and accountable
Preferable:
-Familiar with the maritime environment of Ship Owners, Shipping Agents, Port Authorities
-Second language (Spanish- Chinese- German)

Mission:
The very international oriented job has as object:
-Prospecting potentials clients (Ship Owner/Ship Agent / Collectors/ Port Authorities / Treatment Centers) according activity/ segmentation/ area/ country
-Insure the sales account during all steps and with required reporting
-Participation of the product implementation on customer side with needed follow-up
-Promotion of SWA during fairs and/or conferences
