  Establish a general tarif for collection at the international level allowing the improvement of pumping tools and of transport of disadvantaged collectors.

  Develop technological exchanges to improve the conditions of collection and treatment.

Perspectives:

  Contribute to the creation of a label: "maritime cleanliness".

  Reduce the emission of undeserved certificats.

  Diminish the hydrocarbon pollution of our oceans.
