Shipping Agent, the
Ship Master, and the
Collector, it is the exact image of nowadays certificates currently realized inside ports.
Parallel to the original paper form realized after the operation (signed by the collection company and countersigned by the commander),
the collector will only need to seize on-line the volumes collected to
allow its display on the site.
The Ship Master will keep an original to justify the volumes of the ship's
oil record book in case of an inspection.
In accordance with the locally imposed obligations for port operators, the collector will follow by transmitting to Port waste operator, the data relating to the unloading.
